Unaligned
Unaligned

There are characters who do not belong to any forces in the game, and they exist in all corners of the Cathayan continent. Ostensibly, they have little interest in the conflict between the Communist Party and the anti-Communist forces, but you can still hire them as cadres. They may be more willing to work for your organization if they are ethnically, geographically, or religiously affiliated with your force.
